Case in Point
Hello: my name is Shawn and I'm a sweet-oholic. It's been 3 days since my last spicy jelly bean, and 6 since those chocolate covered almonds. Both are my current obsessions, and I'm hard-pressed to make it through the day without thinking about one or both. At least the jelly beans are fat free. Problem is everyone seems to be out of them. They have plenty of Classic and Speckled. So far I've been to 4 different stores, not on the same day. The only thing that prevents me from hopping in my car and trying another store or, worse yet, going to Trader Joe's for the almonds, is that I'm running on empty and don't feel like getting gas tonight. Sigh. Well, at least I'm stocked up on my Weight Watcher English Toffee ice cream bars (which I can usually stop at 2)...

You get from a child eating right to an adult with food issues, because you continue to eat like the child but not play like the child or use the energy from food to grow up.
My answer until I was about 40 was to play like a child, that no longer works for me and working like an adult dosen't either.
So here I set tonight trying to make up my mind if I want to have a HOT FUDGE SUNDAY or something good but not fatting. I think The Hot Fudge Sunday should do me for about a month. Good trade off, if I can avoid my easter favorites (peeps)
Make sure your amonds are covered by dark 65% coca cholate and they are concedered good for your heart.
It is alson good at times to remember pumkin pie is a veg. if you don't eat the crust.
Good luck. I read a book once made alot of sence about the neanderful diet great book, wonderful ideas. I will try to remember the name work with ww and has exersise intorduced with daily living. Sounds like a childs life.
That's top true. I used to be active, and now activity is equal to drudgery or punishment. I gave up on my bike years ago and my last pair of roller skates were uncomfortable. Mostly though I hate "exercise" and don't see it as play. Hmmm... Food for thought.
I CAN'T FIND THE BOOK i REFERED TO,HOWEVER, THE CRUST OF THE BOOK WAS OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IS NOT MADE FOR PROCESSED FOOD,SO EAT MOSTLY FRUITS,NUTS AND SOME MEAT.
OUR BODIES ARE MADE FOR WALKING SLOWLY,AND JUMPING FROM STONE TO STONE ONCE IN A WHILE TO CROSS A STREAM (MAYBE 4-6 JUMBS) OR RUNNING VERY FASR FOR SHORT PERIODS 2-3 MIN TO GET AWAY FROM DANGER.
SOUNDS VERY MUCH LIKE A CHILD DOSEN'T IT AND NOT THAT HARD TO DO IF YOU CAN STAND PEOPLE AS YOU IS YOU ARE CRAZY.
